1. Services

Harrison Mobile Autocare provides mobile vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and inspections at customer-nominated locations across Cairns and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safe working environments.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are identified during inspection or repair.

Customers will be informed and approval will be obtained before any additional work is carried out.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, bank transfer & eftpos.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for a reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A deposit will be required in order to rebook.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

- Provide a safe and accessible work area  

- Ensure the vehicle is available at the agreed time  

- Disclose any known issues with the vehicle  

6. Warranty & Liability

We take care to provide high-quality workmanship.

However, we are not liable for:

- Pre-existing faults  

- Unrelated component failures  

- Issues arising after service that are outside our control  

Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their own terms.

7. Roadworthiness

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets roadworthy standards. Any concerns identified will be communicated.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harrison Mobile Auto care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
